Pricing and Product Descriptions

Shipping Conditions

All products will be shipped to you consistent with CarCoverStore.com's established shipping policy. CarCoverStore.com retains the right to modify, replace, or amend its shipping policy at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that all products sold through the Website are shipped free on board freight prepaid from the place of shipment. Upon CarCoverStore.com's placement of any product ordered by you through the Website into the possession of a shipping company, you understand and agree that both title and the risk of loss of the product transfers to you.

Payment Conditions

When you submit an order through the Website, you authorize CarCoverStore.com's payment processing agent to charge your credit card (or other approved payment facility). You further agree to pay all fees and charges on time. In the event you do not pay all fees and charges on time, you agree that you will pay all costs of collection, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by CarCoverStore.com, in collecting payment from you.

All costs and fees are quoted and payable in USD, and you acknowledge and agree that CarCoverStore.com is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or other fees charged to you by your financial institution or CarCoverStore.com's payment processor. You agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks to CarCoverStore.com unless otherwise authorized by CarCoverStore.com in writing. You understand and agree that you will be responsible and required to pay for any costs associated with any chargebacks that you have initiated against CarCoverStore.com. In the event you dispute the amount or validity of any payments made under this Agreement, you must notify CarCoverStore.com within ten (10) days of any such dispute. You understand that your failure to notify CarCoverStore.com of any dispute within ten (10) days will constitute your express waiver of any claims related to the disputed payment.

Returns and Exchanges

Standard returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of arrival of the package to its destination address. However, this window is extended to 60 days over the holiday period (November 15th-January 30th).

In order to initiate your return or exchange, your email must include the following information and must match our records:

  1. Full name
  2. Order number
  3. Nature of request (return or exchange)
  4. Reason for return/exchange
  5. Condition of original packaging (opened or unopened)

Please do not call customer support regarding your return or exchange. Our phone representatives are not able to assist with questions regarding returns or exchanges. For matters relating to returns or exchanges, please email us at RMA@CarCoverStore.com and our team will respond to your return or exchange request within 1-2 business days.

  • For returns, refunds will only be issued once the item (and any associated accessories) arrives at the warehouse. You will be notified via email once we have received your item in our warehouse and issue your refund. Upon issuing the refund, it takes approximately 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
  • For returns, extra costs such as that for express shipping will not be refunded. CarCoverStore.com is not responsible for any shipping costs on returns unless the return is the result of an error on our part, in which case we will gladly cover the cost of shipping.
  • For exchanges, you must pay the difference in price to exchange for an item that is more expensive than the original item purchased. However, we will issue you a refund for the difference in price if you choose to exchange for an item that is less expensive than the original item purchased. Only one exchange request will be allowed per order.
  • For exchanges, you must pay to ship the original item back to us; however, we will cover the costs of shipping the new item to you.
  • It is your responsibility to obtain a tracking number for returns and/or exchanges to guarantee that the item doesn't get lost. Make sure to write down or take a picture of the tracking number given to you at the post office so that the package may be recovered in the event that it is lost in transit.
  • CarCoverStore.com reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges which do not comply with the return and exchange policy conditions mentioned above.

Warranty Policy Conditions

Free Return Shipping: In the unfortunate event that you have received an item that has been damaged or came with a defect, we will pay for the extra costs of shipping. To initiate your warranty, claim for a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below.

Note that unopened packages are not eligible for free return shipping, as items cannot be deemed damaged or defective without having first been taken out of their packaging.

To initiate your warranty claim, your email must include the following information:

  1. Description of the issue
  2. Circumstances in which the issue arose
  3. A photo of the cover in question that clearly illustrates the issue. On all our covers, there is a white tag on the inside of the cover with a part number on it. Please make sure to include the tag number in your email.

Please do not call customer support regarding your warranty claim. Our phone representatives are not able to assist with warranty claim responses. For matters relating to your warranty claim, please email us at Warranty@CarCoverStore.com and our team will respond to your return or exchange request within 1-2 business days.

  • When emailing your photo to the warranty department, please make sure the picture is well-lit, in focus, and centered on the issue.
  • The warranty claim process cannot be circumvented by purchasing a new car cover during an active warranty claim and then requesting a refund. There will be no refunds given for a new cover purchase to satisfy a warranty claim.
  • CarCoverStore.com offers a prorated Limited lifetime warranty with no limit on replacements per cover.
  • The order number must be provided for us to honor the Limited lifetime warranty. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
  • The warranty does not extend to cover damages such as tears in the material (e.g., tears resulting from vehicle protrusions or excessive tension applied to the cover), regular wear and tear, weather-related soiling, or stains arising from dirt or pollutants.
  • If left for an extended period, covers may cause damage to older vehicles, lacquer paint, and/or a pre-damaged clear coat. CarCoverStore.com is not responsible for damage of this nature and will not cover the cost of their repair, as the use of our product is left to the customer's discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from abuse and misuse of the cover.
  • The warranty does not encompass damage to the cover caused by acts of God, humans, or animals, whether domestic, wild, or otherwise. It is essential to ensure proper usage and maintenance of the cover from the time of purchase to be eligible for warranty coverage.
  • The warranty excludes coverage for hail damage to your vehicle.
  • The warranty does not cover any issues relating to water seeping through the material as our covers are water resistant - NOT waterproof.
  • The warranty excludes coverage for damage caused by the use of additional securing straps, cable and lock, or any other securing method.
  • Avoid covering a vehicle that has just been painted. It is advisable to avoid covering a vehicle that has just been painted because the paint needs time to dry and harden properly. Covering it can trap moisture and heat, which can affect the paint's quality and finish, and may lead to uneven drying or peeling of the paint. It is best to allow the paint to dry completely before covering it, to ensure that it maintains its quality and appearance.
  • Using a cover on a vehicle that has been wrapped is not advisable as it may lead to the deterioration and discoloration of the wrap.
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the product's original purchase price.
